What to Expect
This two-hour morning session is designed for people who are curious about ceremonial cacao and want a real, grounded introduction to it, no experience required.
We'll start by gathering around the cacao. You'll learn where it comes from, what sets ceremonial-grade cacao apart from what you find in a grocery store, and why it has been used as a plant medicine and ritual tool in Mesoamerican cultures for thousands of years. We'll talk about its health profile, including its effects on mood, focus, and the cardiovascular system, and you'll get to taste and feel it for yourself.
From there, we'll move into some light preparatory yoga and breathwork, nothing strenuous, just enough to settle into your body and open up for the next part.
The final hour is a full sound bath using crystal singing bowls, a 32" gong, Tibetan bowls, and more. You'll lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive it. Sound baths work through resonance and vibration, and many people find them deeply relaxing or even emotionally releasing. There's nothing you need to do or feel. Every experience is valid.
What's Included
Your $50 registration covers the full session and includes a quarter pound of ceremonial cacao to take home, sourced directly from agroforest farms and valued at $15 on its own. You'll leave with something you can actually use.
Who This Is For
Anyone who's been curious about cacao, sound healing, or both and hasn't known where to start. You don't need a yoga or meditation practice. You don't need any background in alternative wellness. Just bring an open mind, comfortable clothes you can move and lie down in, and a water bottle.
