What is included in The Prime 2-hour healing session?
Each Prime session is custom-tailored to your body’s needs and may include therapeutic massage, energy work, sound healing, stretching, and guided breath or movement. You’ll receive intuitive care designed to restore your nervous system, relieve pain, and bring you back to balance.

What should I wear or bring to my session?
You’re welcome to arrive in comfortable clothing and an open-hearted spirit. I provide everything needed for your session, including linens, oils, sound tools, and support materials. Come hydrated and allow some space after the session for integration if possible.

Do I need to book a certain type of massage or treatment?
No—The Prime session is an all-in-one therapeutic experience. Instead of choosing between modalities, we listen to your body and let it guide us. You’ll receive exactly what’s needed in that moment, whether deep tissue work, lymphatic drainage, energy healing, or vibrational tuning.

How is this different from a spa massage?
This is not a transactional massage. It’s sacred, therapeutic bodywork designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. While rooted in anatomy and technique, the work honors the whole person and often includes subtle energy, breath, and somatic integration.

Can this help with anxiety, trauma, or chronic pain?
Yes. My work is especially helpful for those dealing with nervous system dysregulation, chronic tension, fatigue, and emotional holding patterns. I offer a safe, trauma-informed space for the body to unwind in its own time without force or pressure.

How often should I come for sessions?
Each body has its own rhythm. Some clients come weekly during intense periods, while others come once a month or seasonally. I’ll help you tune into your body’s natural timing so you can return when it’s truly time—not out of obligation, but alignment.

I'm ready to schedule an appointment, what now?
Typically, my appointments book up a year in advanced. However, there are always spots becoming available. The best next step is to contact me to let me know your interest, availability, and any information pertinent to your body. I will then either find a spot that is open, or put you on the waitlist to begin working together.
