A space created and led by Benny Saint James, a seasoned practitioner of the healing arts since 2008, this space offers integrative full-spectrum 2-hour sessions that blend advanced bodywork, yoga, sound healing, and energetic tuning into one singular moment in time.
Beyond these sessions, Benny also creates transformational retreats, mentors seekers and providers, designs ritual products, and records guided meditations all to support inner-coherence, shadow integration, and the rewilding of the nervous system.
